When you fill out our Contact form to inquire about care, we collect:

• Who you’re looking for care for (yourself, your spouse, a parent, or someone else)
• Whether you have Long-Term Care Insurance

• The type(s) of care or assistance you’re interested in — for example, feeding, meal preparation, companionship, transportation, errands and shopping, medication prompts, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, bathing, dressing, transferring, or toileting. This may include health-related information about the person needing care.

When you fill out our Jobs form to apply to join our caregiver registry, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Years of experience in nursing/home care
• Certificates or licenses (e.g., CNA, HHA), if any
• Preferred shift (day, night, live-in, or weekends)
• Whether you have a Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Whether you have access to a car
• How you heard about us
• Any additional questions or comments you submit

Website Usage Information

• Respond to your inquiry and connect you with an appropriate caregiver, or match you with an open shift or opportunity if you’ve applied to join our registry

• Maintain internal records related to the care and staffing we coordinate

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
